Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
Headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

3. WHOLESALE & TRADE ACCOUNT CUSTOMERS
Wholesale accounts are subject to additional terms. Wholesale customers must adhere to minimum order quantities, payment terms, and resale restrictions as outlined in our wholesale agreement.
Passtime Crafts reserves the right to refuse wholesale orders that do not meet our criteria or if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a customer does not align with our business model.
Returns and refunds for wholesale orders are subject to different conditions from our retail policy. For a detailed breakdown of Trade Account Terms and Conditions, please refer to Clause: 12.

4. ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We are not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information on this site. The material is for general information only and should not be relied upon without consulting primary, more accurate, or more complete sources of information.
Historical information may not be current and is provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify site content at any time but are not obligated to update any information.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. Restrictions may include orders under the same customer account, credit card, or billing/shipping address.

Wholesale & Trade Account Holders

11. WHOLESALE AND TRADE ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLY:

The following Terms and Conditions outline the terms of doing business with us as a wholesale or trade account customer only and do not apply to retail customers.
By placing a wholesale order with us, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Account Setup
Wholesale accounts are available only to registered businesses with a valid ABN (Australian Business Number) or relevant business registration.

All new trade accounts are subject to approval. Passtime Crafts reserves the right to reject applications at its discretion.

Customers must provide accurate business details and notify us of any changes. Passtime Crafts will not be held responsible for inaccurate information provided by the account holder.

2. Pricing & Discounts
Wholesale pricing is provided exclusively to approved trade customers only.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed-upon price.

All prices are quoted excluding GST, which will be applied upon invoice.

3. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) & Order Process
A minimum order amount of $2000.00 excluding GST applies to wholesale orders.

Orders must be placed via the wholesale portal: www.passtime.com.au, or through direct communication with our sales team.

Orders may incur shipping fees if they do not meet the required minimum order quantity, if special freight arrangements are needed, or if the delivery address is classified as remote or international. Out of stock items do not exempt an order from shipping charges unless the shortage is significant and directly impacts the ability to reach the minimum order quantity. 4. Payment Terms
Orders are prepaid unless a credit account has been established.

Approved credit accounts operate on Net 30 terms, meaning payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

Late payments may incur a 15% per month penalty fee.

We accept Electronic Funds Transfer payments for Net Term Accounts. Banking payment information (Institution, BSB, and Account Number) is located on the bottom of your invoice.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 7 business days. During peak periods such as Christmas, Easter and/or School Holidays, delays can occur. To prevent any delays during these periods, please aim to order ahead of time.

Shipping costs may apply and are calculated based on order carrier, size, weight, and location.

Passtime Crafts is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.

Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any shortages or damages within 7 days.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns are accepted for defective or incorrect items only.
To request a return, customers must notify us within 7 days of receival.
Items must be in their original packaging, no price stickers, and unused.

Cancelled orders may be subject to a restocking fee.

7. Exclusivity Conditions
We do not offer regional or category exclusivity unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

8. Marketing & Branding Guidelines
Wholesale customers may use official Passtime Crafts product images for marketing purposes.

Modifications to branding, packaging, or product descriptions are not permitted without approval.

Retailers must represent our products accurately and in alignment with our brand values.

9. Termination of Account
Passtime Crafts reserves the right to terminate any trade account due to violation of these terms, non-payment, or misrepresentation of our products.

Accounts inactive for 12 months may be closed without notice.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.

By placing a wholesale order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
