Passtime Crafts Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch your order as quickly and safely as possible so you can get crafting without delay. All orders are packed with care from our warehouse in Yatala, Queensland, Australia.
Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
During peak periods, public holidays or sale events, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always do our best to get your items on their way promptly.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
We use a range of reliable courier partners including Aramex, Couriers Please, DHL, Allied Express, and other domestic carriers. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Metro areas can expect delivery within 2–5 business days, while rural or remote areas may take up to 7–14 business days.
Shipping Costs
We offer flat rate shipping based on your location, designed to cover a wide range of order sizes and weights.
For oversized or bulky items, such as bulk clay packs or large canvas boards, shipping costs are calculated separately and may vary depending on current carrier rates at the time of ordering.
International shipping fees are calculated based on total cubic measurements and destination. For a quote, please contact us prior to ordering.

Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you opt for ‘Authority to Leave’ at checkout, please note that Passtime Crafts is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier. We recommend choosing a secure delivery address, arrange a parcel pickup location, or ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping details before finalising your order. Passtime Crafts is not liable for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If your parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, Passtime Crafts will not be held responsible for redirection.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@passtime.com.au so we can investigate with the courier. We will always do our best to help resolve delivery issues, but delays or errors once the item leaves our warehouse are unfortunately beyond our control.
International Shipping
At this stage, we only offer shipping within Australia. If you're located overseas and interested in our products, please contact us directly to discuss options.
