Passtime Crafts Return Policy

At Passtime Crafts, we are passionate about delivering art and craft products that meet high-quality standards.
Every order is packed with care, and all items are checked prior to dispatch.
Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order to ensure you are familiar with our procedures.

Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, as we provide clear product descriptions and imagery to support your purchasing decision.
However, in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must have arrived damaged or defective.
Any issues must be reported to us strictly within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
To assess the claim, we require photo evidence clearly showing the fault or damage.

How to Lodge a Return Request

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@passtime.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item.

Our customer service team will assess your request and, if approved, will provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Do not return your item without authorisation, as unauthorised parcels will not be accepted or credited.

What Happens Next

After we receive the returned item and confirm the fault, a store credit or refund will be issued. If a replacement is requested and stock is available, we may be able to offer an exchange.
Please note it can take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process any approved refund.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives with damaged goods, incorrect products, or items missing, please contact us immediately at hello@passtime.com.au so we can investigate. We aim to resolve these issues quickly and fairly, and we appreciate your prompt communication.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you’re unsure whether your item falls into this category, please contact us before placing your order.

Exchanges

If you wish to swap an item for another, the fastest option is to return the approved faulty item and place a new order once your return has been processed.

Delays in Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days of approval, but your financial institution may take longer to finalise the transaction. If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please reach out to us at hello@passtime.com.au.
